Our Community Supports Law Enforcement!

Measure 22-189 has tremendous support across Linn County.  In the coming weeks we will be posting letters and videos of our supporters. We want you to hear from them, in their own words.  

Jim Lepin, the Mayor of Millersburg, volunteered with the Sheriff’s Office for more than 5 years. In that time, Jim was more than a trusted volunteer, he was an advocate for community engagement and helped bring neighborhoods in the community closer with Sheriff’s Office staff and services. In this video, Jim shares his experiences and observations working closely with the Sheriff’s Office, and urges all Linn County citizens to VOTE YES on November 2nd to fund Linn County Law Enforcement.

 

Rob Younger, a long-time citizen and educator in Sweet Home, shares why the Law Enforcement Levy, our all our law enforcement agencies, are important to him. Rob has a unique perspective as a strong community supporter, and urges you to VOTE YES on Measure 22-189 to fund your local law enforcement

State Representative Jami Cate asks you to “defend – not defund – our Sheriff’s Office” and help keep Linn County safe.
